Coaching for developing management skills as you take on new roles in management or senior management. This coaching provides regular challenge, ideas, support and motivation. Available with follow up phone call support sessions, support documents, personality questionnaires and feedback.

We recommend coaching is booked at regular intervals of between 4 to 6 weeks to follow up on actions and set outcomes as well as to build the learning progress over time.
